PhoneCam turns your iPhone into a wireless webcam and microphone for your Windows 11 PC. It is built so that your data stays yours:
Nothing. PhoneCam has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, and no servers. We do not collect, store, or share any personal data or usage data.
Video and audio captured by your iPhone are streamed directly from your phone to your own computer over your local Wi-Fi network. They never touch the internet or any third-party server, and PhoneCam does not record or store them on either device.
The app uses local network access (Bonjour / mDNS) solely to discover PhoneCam receivers, your own computers, on the same network. No information from this discovery leaves your network.
The subscription is sold and processed by Apple (App Store). PhoneCam only receives a yes/no entitlement from the store and never sees your name, payment details or store account. Apple's privacy policy applies to the purchase itself.
