How to request deletion

Either of these works. The first is the reliable one, because the app tells us which record is yours.

1. From inside the app. Open your profile, tap Send feedback, and send the message Delete my data. Your request arrives already tied to your player record, so nothing else is needed.
2. By email. Set a nickname in your profile if you have not already, then email serdar.oztetik@gmail.com with the subject Delete my data and that nickname, so we can find the right record.

Requests are handled within 30 days, normally within a few days. Ask for a confirmation and you will get one.

You do not need an account, and there is nothing to log in to. Deleting the app from your device also removes the anonymous device ID stored on it, but that alone does not remove the server-side record — send the email for that.

What is deleted

• The anonymous device ID created on first launch
• Your nickname and your leaderboard entries
• Your rounds — theme, the questions you typed, and your scores
• Any feedback you sent from inside the app

All of it is deleted permanently. Nothing is retained in a backup beyond 30 days.

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase records — the store transaction identifier and the number of games it bought are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires (5 years in Norway). They are detached from your nickname and rounds and carry no payment details; Apple and Google never give us your card.
• Request logs containing your IP address are kept for abuse prevention and deleted automatically within two days.
